Muslims Against Sharia praise the decision of former Italian President and Prime Minister Francesco Cossiga to give up Honorary Doctorate Degree from Columbia University. Senator Cossiga was incensed by Columbia's decision to provide forum for Ahmadinejad whom he called "a threatening neonazi and an Islamic terrorist". "With respect for the six million murdered Jews, which you - old-fashioned racists and today also advocates of Islamic terrorists - do not have, and with regards for the Jewish nation and the people of Israel, I - a Catholic, return the title awarded me and burn the robe which you gave me." - declared Cossiga.
