Investigations conducted by security services with arrested terrorists and people involved in terror support networks, concluded that Al-Qaeda adopts many methods in view of recruiting new elements, including giving them inducements, financing their projects and even allocating them apartments.
The same investigations revealed that terror groups usually appoint agents in different cities and villages, the mission of which is collecting as much information as possible about people targeted to be recruited later.
The terror agents transfer the collected information to the commandment of the terror organization, which, in turn, make a comprehensive examination on the collected information, and select the right people.
