Andy Long died in battle on US soil. All of us must demand that he receive the purple heart. An enemy soldier looked for US military men in uniform to kill, and shot two of them killing one and wounding another. Please phone or write whatever politicians you can and demand that Pvt. Long be awarded the purple heart. Anything less is a betrayal of the US military by itself and by its government.
