A hate crime is a hate crime, unless it’s perpetrated by a Muslim. In New York. Presiding over by a Jewish judge. Then it’s just “incredibly stupid.”
This is the second NY judge, both of whom are Jewish, who has recently given Muslims little or no jail time for crimes that carry up to 4 and 25 years.
The first, Joel Goldberg jailed a Muslim dad who tortured the relative of his runaway daughters lover 5 years rather than the maximum 25.
The second, Joel Blumenfeld gave no jail time to a Muslim who harassed and cut the hair of a Sikh student. Also read the sub-story of another attack on a Sikh in a NY school. No indication if the second attacker was Muslim, and as is all too common, the headline fails to report in the first story that the attacker was indeed Muslim who repeatedly called the Sikh a terrorist.
