Abdul Alim Musa, founder of the As-Sabiqun movement which aims to transform the U.S. into the “Islamic State of North America” within the few decades, has established himself as a prophet of anti Semitic hatred while appearing at American college campuses across the country, often at the invitation of the Muslim Student Union and the Muslim Students Association. While these organizations present Musa as a man of faith and theological insight, he brings a street thug’s approach to his mission to spread hatred of Israel and Jews.
Described by on San Francisco newspaper as “one of the highest-ranking Islamic leaders in the Black community,” Musa is a senior member of the Institute of Contemporary Islamic Thought (ICIT) -- a pro-Iranian, pro-Hezbollah, Islamist think tank. He also sits on the governing body of the Muslim Alliance of North America, which is headed by Siraj Wahhaj -- a possible co-conspirator to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
As a young Californian in the 1960s, Musa (who was then known as Jeffrey Kearse) embraced the violent, racist ideology of the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam.
