To: Those Who Deny Equality and Liberty
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal. We believe in the inalienable rights of humanity to such equality and liberty.
We challenge all those who would defy and deny such rights of equality and liberty to humanity, including those supremacist organizations that reject equality and liberty. We recognize today that Islamic supremacists seek to spread the lie that humanity does not have such human rights. As free men and women, we reject Islamic supremacism and its refusal to recognize humanity's most basic rights.
We say to the Islamic supremacists of the world - you will not win. As America declared in 1776 in its Declaration of Independence, and as civilized nations agreed 60 years ago with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, equality and liberty are inalienable human rights.
We defy your Islamic supremacist ideology and we stand proud to be responsible for equality and liberty.
We fear no evil.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned

To: U.S. Government and United Nations
We call upon America's government representatives and the international representatives of the United Nations to recognize the global threat of oppression and violence to women from Islamic supremacism. We demand that they pass national and international resolutions condemning Islamic supremacism as a threat to women everywhere. We demand that these world leaders recognize the existence of Islamic supremacism, and we demand that they take measures to protect the women of the world from the Islamic supremacist ideology. Women are being oppressed, beaten, murdered in America and around the world in the name of Islamic supremacism. Being "sorry" is not enough. We call upon the leaders of the world to take responsibility to SAVE WOMEN NOW from this cruel, vicious, and deadly ideology of Islamic supremacism.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned

To: U.S. Treasury, Federal Reserve, and Congress On November 10, 2008, the U.S. Federal Reserve Board announced that the U.S. federal government was buying $40 billion of AIG stock making U.S. taxpayers owners in AIG's business. AIG refuses to divest its Islamic supremacist Sharia-based financial and Sharia-based insurance businesses, making American taxpayers now effectively owners of Sharia-based businesses that promote Islamic supremacism. As America is founded on the inalienable human rights of equality and liberty, it is unacceptable for American taxpayers to be forced to own any business that supports a supremacist ideology.
The American people demand the following: (a) The American people must call for the immediate freeze of all American taxpayer funds to AIG until it divests of its Sharia financial businesses. (b) The American federal government must give AIG an ultimatum to divest itself of its Sharia business or the America federal government must divest all ownership in AIG. (c) Those in the American federal government responsible for the bailout and purchase of AIG stock must resign, including the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve Board Chairman. (d) Leaders in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives must lead a national investigation into Sharia-Compliant Finance (SCF) and Sharia financial businesses in America to end their ability to promote the Islamic supremacist ideology in America.

WHEREAS perpetual crisis in the Gaza Strip is the problem that neither Palestinian nor Israeli governments are able to resolve, and
WHEREAS two decades of Egyptian control was arguably the most peaceful period in recent Gaza history;
We call on the government of Egypt to annex the Gaza Strip and declare Egyptian rule over the area.
Furthermore, we call on the United Nations to pass a resolution accepting and allowing for the occurrence of this takeover by Egypt.
Up until this point, little has worked in regard to a peaceful settlement between Israel and Gaza. This problem, if not resolved, could only escalate tensions for the future. We feel that this is the best solution for what seems to be a never-ending bad situation.
Sincerely,

The Honorable Secretary-General, Mr Ban Ki-moon!
Subject: Hamas leadership to be brought to trial for War Crimes
Your Excellency! We, the Take-A-Pen international public advocacy organization, request decisive action regarding a severe case of war crimes.
In the recent years and in the present ongoing military conflict the Hamas terrorist organization ruling in Gaza has committed a large number of diverse war crimes, as defined by International Law.
The form of warfare the Hamas movement inflicted both on the Gaza population and on Israel has caused much suffering and heavy losses and damage both to Israel's civilian population and to the entire Gaza Strip. The Hamas regime has fired 6,300 rockets targeting Israeli civilians. In Gaza the Hamas stored rockets and other weaponry and ammunition primarily in residential areas; in houses, mosques, and schools. Thousands of rocket and mortar grenade attacks were launched from within these areas, obliging Israeli military response which inevitably led to great suffering of the population and damage to property.
According to International Law any source of fire on civilian targets is a legitimate target itself. If that source of fire was located among civilians it still remains a legitimate target; and if that vicinity invites fire in return, causing casualties among the local population, these casualties are the full and sole responsibility of the party placing them deliberately in harm's way. In this case Hamas is fully responsible both for the deliberately targeted Israeli civilian casualties and for the civilian casualties of its own population used by Hamas as a human shield.
Your Excellency, Mister Secretary General! We demand that the Hamas leadership be brought to international justice without delay, and tried for the following war crimes:
- Shooting rockets and grenades purposely on civilian targets in Israel. - Shooting these rockets from within Palestinian civilian compounds such as schools or in close proximity of hospitals or residential buildings. - Storing weapons and ammunition in schools, mosques, public offices and buildings and the sort. - Regularly using their own civilians as human shield; particularly children, often forced to be in the most dangerous spots. - During fighting with the Israeli forces the Hamas fighters, who wore uniforms at the beginning, changed to civilian clothing or IDF uniforms and continued to fight. - Hamas fighters have routinely hid among civilians in hospitals - To the kidnapped Israeli soldier, Gilad Schalit, Hamas did not provide the most elementary rights of war prisoners, such as information given to the other side and Red Cross visits, rights Israel grants even to convicted Hamas terrorists. - Children and minors were routinely used by Hamas for military tasks, both battle and auxiliary. The Hamas regime has also educated, indoctrinated and trained children and minors to murderous hatred, to will and techniques to kill. - The Hamas leadership embezzled aid money received for the peaceful needs of Gaza's population and used these extensive funds for war efforts; weaponry, military equipment and constructions, and an enormous military build-up.
A failure to prosecute the Hamas leadership in International Court would, no doubt, lead to their war crimes growingly become normative behavior, and to more of the same humanitarian catastrophes, to millions of victims of oppression and killings undefended by the UN.
Mr Secretary General, we would appreciate your considered reply, which, with your permission, we would publish, along with this letter. We shall follow your relevant activities with great honor, high expectations, and deep moral support.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned

The International Free Press Society was established on January 1, 2009, with the Danish scholar Lars Hedegaard and the intrepid Diana West as Vice President. You can read its policy statement here. The Board of Advisors includes Asger Aamund, Bat Ye’or, Stephen Coughlin, Rachel Ehrenfeld, David Harris, Ole Hasselbalch, Hans Jansen, Ehsan Jami, Ibn Warraq, Philippe Karsenty, Roger Kimball, Ezra Levant, Andrew C. McCarthy, Nidra Poller, Kathy Shaidle, Roger Scruton, Mark Steyn, Allen West, Geert Wilders -- and Robert Spencer. Here is a press release from The International Free Press Society about the Wilders prosecution: January 22, 2009 - Washington, DC and Copenhagen, Denmark: A Dutch court yesterday ordered the criminal prosecution of Geert Wilders, Dutch parliamentarian and leader of the Freedom Party (PVV), for his statements - written, spoken and filmed -regarding Islam. The Amsterdam Court of Appeals has deemed such statements “insulting,” declaring that they “substantially harm the religious esteem” of Muslims.
Clearly, the effect of this Dutch court order is to set new limits to public debate in Dutch society, in this case about the highly controversial but nonetheless crucially important subject of Islam. This makes the prosecution of Geert Wilders an unacceptable breach of the sanctity of freedom of speech in Western society.
Having ordered a criminal prosecution for the opinions of a duly elected leader of a legitimate political party, Dutch authorities have dealt a devastating blow to political expression. While Dutch prosecutors prepare their indictment and Geert Wilders’ future hangs in limbo, who in The Netherlands will dare discuss political and cultural matters related to Islam - Islamic law, Islamic integration, Islamic crime, Islamic policy - openly, freely and fearlessly? The chilling effect is instantaneous. If, indeed, Wilders is ultimately convicted, free speech will cease to exist in the heart of Europe.
The International Free Press Society believes this court-ordered prosecution against Geert Wilders, a central figure in the fight against the Islamization of the West, amounts to a dangerous concession to the strictures of Islamic law, which prohibits all criticism of Islam, over Western traditions of, and rights to robust and unfettered debate. As such, it is tantamount to a surrender to totalitarian influences that undermine all Western freedoms. And as such, it must be resisted.
It is important to recall recent history. Two Dutchmen, Pim Fortuyn and Theo van Gogh, have been murdered for their outspoken opposition to Islamization in The Netherlands. Another Dutch politician, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, has been infamously forced into exile. Wilders alone now carries this debate over Islam in Dutch society forward - forcefully but logically, outspokenly but reasonably, and always peacefully. In order to do so, this member of Dutch parliament lives in a virtual prison, consigned to 24-hour guard by Islamic death threats against his life. Now, Dutch authorities have ordered him to be prosecuted for the Orwellian crime of committing “insulting” words.
As Wilders puts it, “If I have to stand trial, I will not stand trial alone, but also with the hundreds of thousands of Dutch people who reject the Islamization of The Netherlands.” He will also stand trial with those in The Netherlands and beyond who reject government prosecutions of free speech. In recognition of this this dire situation, the IFPS immediately calls on every supporter of free speech to come to the aid of Geert Wilders. To assist in this effort, the IFPS has launched an international campaign in defense of Geert Wilders and his freedom of speech.
To support these efforts, we urge you to contribute to the Geert Wilders Defense Fund. Donation information can be found at the IFPS website.
We also urge defenders of free speech to sign this letter of protest against the Dutch Government Source: The International Free Press SocietyH/T: Jihad WatchGreet Wilders Latest recipient of The MASH Award
