 The Florida pastor who helped a 17-year old girl who fled from her home, fearing her Muslim parents would kill her for converting to Christianity, told MyFoxOrlando.com that he is hopeful the runaway will be able to stay in Florida even though a judge ruled she must return to Ohio. "We expected Ohio would get jurisdiction... that's just the legal way it is," Paster Blake Lorenz told MyFoxOrlando.com. "But we are excited there is still a possibility she could stay in Florida, if the legal documents are not presented with her immigration. So you never know...maybe they don't have them." Before the girl gets sent back, florida Judge Daniel Dawson said he needs immigration papers proving her status in the U.S. and proof from the state of Florida that she can continue her virtual schooling and receive credit in Ohio. Lorenz claims he and his wife have been operating under the belief that Bary's parents may not be able to produce the required documents. Bary's family came from Sri Lanka, and Lorenz said Rifqa did not think they would look for her for fear their immigration status would be revealed.  Last month the Orlando family court overseeing the Rifqa Bary case released a report by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement that claims that they found no evidence to support her claims of abuse despite the father’s explicit admission to the primary incident that prompted her to flee (picking up her laptop and threatening to hit her with it) and a policy that prohibited the FDLE investigators from looking into any allegations of abuse that occurred in her home of Ohio, namely all of them. But we were contacted by a source close to Rifqa’s family who made statements that calls into question the FDLE’s bogus findings and provides evidence that the Bary family home is not so safe and secure as the lamestream media cheerleading for her return has led to believe. Our source, who is a member of the Central Ohio Islamic community and is close to the Bary family, claims that Rifqa Bary’s older brother, Rilvan, has repeatedly bragged about providing specific information on Rifqa’s Florida foster family to San Francisco-based Islamic stalker-blogger Davi Barker (whose email is themuslimagorist@gmail.com for anyone who is curious), who claimed in one post that he knew Rifqa’s present location and issued this veiled threat: I'll tell you one thing reader... if she's not safe in Ohio, she's not safe in Florida. All it took was a little creative Googling and I was able to determine the likely address where she's staying*... But I digress. The publicly stated goal of the organization was to lobby the Florida legislature on legitimate issues that affect all Floridians. However, when one looks at who is behind UVA, one can see that the group’s name and its mission were little more than a sinister ruse to gain a foothold within the government. Indeed, the group is nothing but another CAIR. On May 23, 2008, Ahmed Bedier announced on his radio show that he was leaving his position as the Executive Director of CAIR-Tampa and was creating a new group. This came shortly before the federal retrial against the Hamas charity, the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), for which the Justice Department had named CAIR a co-conspirator. CAIR or the Council on American-Islamic Relations was founded, in June 1994, as being a part of Mousa Abu Marzook’s American Palestine Committee. Marzook at the time was the global head of Hamas, and the purpose of the committee was to raise funds for Hamas from U.S. shores.  Busloads of new civic activists are due to hit the Florida Capitol in Tallahassee this Tuesday, ostensibly to engage in the state political process for the first time. But some lawmakers are suspicious because of the man leading the effort. Ahmed Bedier used to run the Tampa chapter for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), where he was among its most visible spokesmen. That all ended mysteriously last spring, with CAIR saying it wanted to "go into a new direction" – indicating Bedier had been fired – and with Bedier saying he chose to leave to launch "a new peace-making initiative." One of them must be wrong. Regardless, Bedier did launch a new venture, called United Voices for America. Its call to increase "the participation of ethnic and religious minorities in the political process" is laudable. But at least one lawmaker, State Rep. Adam Hasner (R-Delray Beach) reportedly alerted a group of Jewish lobbyists seeking "an information campaign in opposition." In correspondence with a Miami Herald reporter, Hasner cited CAIR's ties to Hamas as part of his concern. Bedier dismissed that as "ridiculous" and "nonsense," unrelated to his effort. Tom Trento, a friend and more importantly one who is very concerned about Islamic Jihadists, attended a “pro-Hamas” demonstration in Florida and obtained excellent video of the demonstration. I highly recommend this video, along with Steven Emerson’s documentary Terrorists Among Us: Jihad in America. The following may seem outrageous and overreaching. Some will consider it to be unconstitutional. Yes, it is sad that we have come to the point when millions of Americans are saying enough is enough. When millions say it, perhaps it is time to change our Constitution if necessary to prevent Islamic Jihadists from destroying our country.  If indeed the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment (regarding free speech and freedom of religion) was intended to allow a group of people (many non U.S. citizens) – while on our soil – to call for the death of innocent people and the destruction of our country, and for our friend and ally, Israel, to be wiped off the face of the earth, then I as an American (who fought in war to protect this very right) insist it is time for the Amendment to be changed. As Mr. Emerson has emphasized for years, there are Islamic groups within America who call for our death. Tom Trento captured Islamic Jihadists and their supporters doing just that on video: calling for the demise of Israel and anyone/or country who supports them. When do we begin protecting our children from Islamic Jihadists? For the last several days, I have watched the news in Israel as millions of others have. It continues to disturb me that there are still journalists, politicians, and naïve Americans who can’t come to terms with the threat we are facing. Hamas, Hezbollah, al Qaeda, and a host of other Islamic Jihadists all have one common denominator: they hate Israel, the Jewish people, and anyone who even remotely supports them. In addition, they hate anyone who does not agree with their ideology, including other Muslims. Americans need to know what the word “hate” means to Islamic Jihadists. It means kidnappings, torture even of innocent people and death to their enemies. The ideology of Islamic Jihadists will never change. They will never accept Israel, they will never care for Americans, they hate any religion other than “Pure Islam,” and they will kill (physical Jihad) anyone who attempts to prevent them from achieving their ultimate goal: world domination under Sharia law. There is no longer any need for journalists, politicians, or innocent Americans to continue playing the politically correct game. No one, not even President-elect Barack Obama, can negotiate with those who simply want to destroy you. You can’t sit at a table and remove hundreds of years of violent ideology and brainwashing from the Islamic Jihadists who have hatred in their hearts. Even if you were able to get through to a small handful – which is unlikely – you will never change the hearts or minds of the leaders. CAIR, a faux civil rights organization, operates as a mouthpiece for Hamas and was named last summer as an unindicted co-conspirator in the ongoing Holy Land Foundation Hamas funding prosecution. CAIR officials called the summit "a pioneering effort" to help "better gauge our civic engagement." Civic engagement is a code word for Islamization and aims to promote Shari'a by pushing a Muslim agenda into the public arena. CAIR shill Roland Foulkes, chairman of the Broward County Commission's "Diversity Advisory Council," was one of the speakers at the event. The Central Florida chapter of the United American Committee, a nonprofit group that seeks to educate Americans on the threat of Islamic extremism, is raising money to purchase a six-month contract to display the billboard, which the group hopes will awaken the public to discussing the full extent of Islamic law. "The UAC's goal in this project is to raise awareness because most people have no idea what Sharia law is," Alan Kornman, director of UAC's Central Florida branch, told WND. "We are confident people will see the billboard and learn on their own what Sharia law is and come to their own conclusions. The lawsuit "is governed by the law of Afghanistan," Presidential Airways argued in a Florida federal court. "Afghan law is largely religion-based and evidences a strong concern for ensuring moral responsibility, and deterring violations of obligations within its borders."
